I founded Zoom Real Estate in 2019 on a simple conviction: buying or selling a home in Sri Lanka should not come down to luck, rumour, or whoever happens to answer the phone.
For seven years I have worked one market more closely than any other: luxury residential property in Colombo. I walk the houses, read the deeds, sit through the negotiations, and learn what a property is actually worth rather than what it is advertised at.
That is the work I want to do for you. When you come to Zoom you are not passed from desk to desk. You speak with someone who knows the street, the building and the paperwork, and who will tell you plainly when a property is right for you, and when it is not.
We have grown since those first days. Our head office is on Barnes Place in Colombo 07, with offices in Colombo 05 and Kandy, and three more are on the way. The approach has not changed: the client comes first, every time.
